Why don't we keep it as a link via the membership page.  We could always change it later, right?<br \/>\n<br \/>\nAlso, I was at a 2.0 workshop last week and they suggested that the Bylaws committee use Google Forms for editing the bylaws.  Then once we have approved updated Bylaws, post those on our WIKI.
